SFIDA is pleased to announce that it has decided on the uniform design for the 2024 season of FC Ryukyu Okinawa , a member of the Meiji Yasuda J3 League. Pre-orders for the first kit will begin at 10:00 PM on Thursday, January 11, 2024 .
Design Concept
As the club surpasses the milestone of 20 years since its founding, it embarks on its 21st year with a new theme of expanding the brand beyond the boundaries of football and a new club name. In addition, the uniforms for the new season, which marks the 10th year since joining the J.League , were designed by #FR2 , a brand with three stores on the main island of Okinawa that is celebrating its 10th year as a club. The uniforms express the culture and nature of Okinawa.
The first uniform is based on the club color, bengara, and features a map of Okinawa Island, shisa lions, and hibiscus. The goalkeeper uniform is mainly yellow, the brand color of #FR2 , with bengara color as an accent.
The second uniform features a wave stripe pattern that evokes the beautiful ocean of Okinawa, while the goalkeeper is dressed entirely in navy blue, evoking the deep sea. This uniform is perfect for the role of guarding the goal like a guardian deity of the sea.
The overall design is stylish and incorporates the charm of Okinawa, symbolizing a new beginning.

<Functionality>
The base material is a non-through-light mesh made with special irregular cross-section yarn that offers a good balance of high sweat absorption and quick drying, as well as light weight and breathability. Highly breathable mesh material is used on the upper back and both sides of the body to further enhance heat dissipation. The round tail design ensures comfort and durability for players when wearing the jersey.

The team emblem on the left chest uses a 3D polycrest patch, giving players and supporters a sense of its shine and weight.
