We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or soiled, or if you receive the wrong product, we will accept exchanges or returns. Please note that the color of the photo may differ slightly from the actual product due to digital imaging.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that if you wish to return or receive a refund for your own reasons, we will charge you 1,100 yen to cover shipping costs, handling fees for refunds, and packaging costs. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, special offers, or items that are non-returnable or non-cancellable (as stated on the product page). Furthermore, we will not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience for orders made using coupons. Thank you for your understanding.
*We will accept one free size exchange for shoes, but please note that you will only be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the shoes.
About inventory
This website shares inventory with multiple stores and adjusts inventory through a system, but there may be discrepancies in inventory depending on the timing.
Please note that there may be cases where the item you ordered is out of stock due to inventory not being updated in time.
About payment methods
Credit cards, Paypay, GooglePay/ApplePay are accepted.

Shipping and delivery methods
■Shipping fee
Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu 990 yen (remote islands 1100 yen) / Okinawa 1100 yen
Free shipping on purchases over 10,000 yen!
*We do not handle mail delivery.
■If you place your order by 7:00 on a delivery business day, regular products will be shipped the same day.
For pre-ordered items and other out-of-stock items, we will contact you to inform you of the delivery date.
Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express.
If you pay by credit card or PayPay, your order will be shipped as soon as we confirm your payment.
Delivery date and time
■Delivery date: Generally, we will ship within two business days from the date of order.
Please note that depending on stock availability, we may not be able to deliver on the date you specify.
■Time specifications are accepted within the following ranges.
*Delivery to Hokkaido and Okinawa will be by Yamato Transport.

Regarding email errors
■Regarding domain restrictions If you have set up email reception settings to prevent spam, please unblock the domain <@imio.co.jp>.
In particular, if you have registered a mobile phone email address, please check it before registering.
■Regarding delivery errors In the following cases, there may be a delivery error to the email address you registered.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but in this case, please contact our shop.

About product size
Please check the size chart on each product page for product sizes.
About pre-order items and made-to-order items
Pre-order and made-to-order items may take up to 10 weeks to be delivered. Please check the product page or order confirmation email for detailed delivery dates.
When ordering pre-ordered or made-to-order products, all items will generally be shipped at the same time once they are all in stock.
In addition, if you wish to ship pre-ordered or made-to-order items and regular items separately, additional shipping charges may apply.
Handling of personal information
We will responsibly store the personal information (name, address, telephone number, etc.) entrusted to us by our customers and will not transfer or provide it to third parties except for the purpose of shipping products.
