First, remove the laces and insoles from the spikes.
The removed shoelaces will be dirty, so wash them in a washing machine or similar and then dry them.
When removing the insole, there is a weak adhesive component on the midsole, so please be careful not to get dust or other particles on it.
Leaving the insoles in the shoes will prevent them from drying and may lead to mold growth.

Wipe off any dirt on the upper with a tightly wrung wet towel. (You can also use a rag, as this is for removing dirt.)

Use a nylon brush (a hard one) to remove any dirt from the outsole.

Use a brush to remove dirt from the upper (remove any dirt or grass particles trapped between the upper and outsole).

Use the cleaner and carefully remove any stubborn visible dirt with a double-sided napped cloth.
(Please allow the cleaner to dry for approximately 5 minutes. If you dry the cleaner immediately after using it, the liquid's leather care ingredients will not penetrate as well.)

Be careful not to apply too much cream, and apply it once to ensure it is evenly distributed over the entire upper.

Use a finishing glove to wipe until shiny.
The cream not only adds shine, but also protects the leather, nourishing it and revitalizing it. (Please allow the cream to dry for approximately 10 minutes. If the cream is still wet after application, it will be difficult for the gloves to achieve a shine.)

Dry in a well-ventilated shade for half a day to a day.
To prevent the shoes from losing their shape, it is best to put them in a shoe tree and keep them in shape.
Also, make sure to clean the inside of the spikes by removing any debris. Leaving the inside of the spikes dirty can lead to mold and other issues, which can cause deterioration.
